The developer Landcompany 2020 has commissioned us to carry out this project by Prunés Arquitectos, consisting of the urbanisation of the 1D Crisantemo-Edelweiss Action Unit of the General Municipal Development Plan of Torredembarra.
The goal is to make it suitable for the construction of residential buildings and, at the same time, to provide the sector with a public green area and an area of facilities for vehicle parking, creating a defined environment in the spaces (roads, green area, facilities) adopting quality and sustainability criteria.
