IMPULS ARCHS Days in Collbató: a space to grow, share and reconnect

Over the past few days, we held the first IMPULS ARCHS Days in Collbató — an initiative designed to create a space for personal growth, professional development and team cohesion.

In a calm and natural setting, the sessions were an opportunity to pause, look inward and reconnect with who we are as individuals and as a team. Throughout the different work blocks, we combined group dynamics, shared reflections and inspiring activities to strengthen connections, highlight internal talent, and rediscover the shared meaning of our work and the collective project we represent.

These days allowed us to step out of our routine, open up conversations and lay the foundations for an ongoing drive that goes beyond a single event: we want it to become a continuous line of work and development focused on people.
