We will build 19 new homes in Barcelona

We have been awarded the construction of a new residential development located on Carrer de la Madriguera, in Barcelona’s Trinitat Vella neighbourhood.

Promoted by LandCo, the project comprises a five-storey multi-family building with 19 homes: 13 private-market homes and 6 officially protected homes. The properties will feature between two and four bedrooms, as well as terraces, parking spaces and storage rooms.

The development embraces contemporary, functional architecture, with homes designed to maximise natural light, comfort and energy efficiency.

With this new contract, we continue to expand our experience in residential construction while contributing to the development of high-quality living spaces in Barcelona.
