Keys handed over for the 46 homes we built in Malgrat de Mar

The keys have been officially handed over for the 46 homes that make up Malgrat de Mar’s first affordable rental housing development, promoted by Visoren and built by Archs Constructora.

The event was attended by the Minister for Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition, Sílvia Paneque; the Mayor of Malgrat de Mar, Sònia Viñolas; and Ramon Ruiz, Managing Partner of Visoren, who also addressed those attending, together with other institutional representatives.

Located at 42 Isaac Albéniz Street, the building comprises 46 one- and two-bedroom homes, distributed across the ground floor and five upper floors, as well as 26 underground parking spaces. Of the allocated homes, 11 have been reserved for people aged 35 or under and a further 11 for groups facing particular difficulties in accessing housing.

With a total built area of 4,308 m², the project incorporates energy-efficiency measures and a system of 74 rooftop photovoltaic panels, designed to generate renewable energy and reduce the building’s energy consumption.

The handover marks the completion of a project that helps expand the municipality’s affordable housing stock and now becomes home to 46 families.amílies.
