Start of Construction of 80+68 Public Housing Units in Sant Joan d’Alacant

At Archs Constructora, in joint venture with Bertolin Group, we have begun the construction of 80+68 public housing units as part of the VIVE Plan of the Generalitat Valenciana, a program aimed at promoting affordable rental housing and addressing the housing needs of the area.

The new homes will feature communal areas, parking spaces, storage rooms, and commercial premises, with the goal of offering high-quality spaces adapted to the needs of future residents.

The plan was officially presented last Friday in Sant Joan d’Alacant during an institutional event attended by representatives of the Generalitat, regional and local authorities, and industry professionals. This initiative represents a strategic step forward in facilitating access to dignified, efficient, and affordable housing in areas with high demand.

This development is part of a broader set of projects under the VIVE Plan, which foresees the construction of 330 housing units distributed between the municipalities of Sant Joan d’Alacant and Sant Vicent del Raspeig, strengthening access to protected housing and contributing to the urban development of the region.
