The Mayor of Sant Joan Despí, Belén García, visits the construction site of the Torreblanca public housing project

Today, we welcomed the Mayor of Sant Joan Despí, Belén García, to the construction site of the 80 public housing units that Archs Constructora is building in a joint venture (UTE) with ECIS in the Torreblanca neighborhood. During the site tour, the Mayor showed great interest in learning about the progress of the works, the cross-laminated timber (CLT) structural system, and the expected completion date of the project.

The project, designed by the architectural firm balca, stands out for its commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and industrialization. The building will rise to a total of seven floors and is conceived as a rectangular prism with a large central courtyard, bringing natural light and spatial quality to the future residents.

This institutional visit highlights the importance of initiatives that combine innovative construction with social commitment.

Archs Constructora continues to move forward with this project, aiming to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality housing to the municipality.
