20 New homes under construction in Santa Coloma de Gramanet

We are starting construction works on a new residential development for LandCo, located at Passeig de la Salzereda 4-5 in Santa Coloma de Gramenet

.

The project involves the construction of a 20-home residential building with parking facilities, distributed over six above-ground floors and one underground level, with a total built area of 2,312.68 m².

The development will offer one- and two-bedroom homes designed with a contemporary, functional and comfort-oriented approach, featuring spacious and bright interiors as well as large terraces that extend outdoor living and enhance residents’ wellbeing.

The building will incorporate aerothermal systems for heating and domestic hot water production, together with energy-efficiency and sustainability solutions. It will also include shared spaces designed to promote quality of life and community living.

These amenities include a lounge area with planters and an urban garden, a calisthenics area, bicycle parking facilities and a community room with an open-air terrace.
