Archs Constructora has for the last few months been focussing on new build and renovation works. As a result of this effort, we have won the contract for the renovation of the residential building located on Calle Sant Eusebi in Barcelona. The building has a total area of 1,648 m² and consists of a basement, a ground floor, a penthouse floor and three additional floors, along with a communal area.
Once the work is finished, the building will contain 2 retail premises and 15 apartments.
Last year, Archs Constructora completed the renovation and extension works for the Sant Andreu de la Barca Casino, to create new multipurpose spaces.
Archs Constructora has also won the contract from the Duet Fit SL company for the fitting out of a premises located on Avenida Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 159, Barcelona for its use as a gym. The premises consists of 2 basement floors, a ground floor, a first floor and a rooftop, with a total area of 1.678 m².
