Hostel/residence in Carrer Gavà in Barcelona

The project uses the existing structure and modifies it to adapt it to the new use as a hostel/residence for long-term stays.

It will have 27 rooms with a total of 1,240 m² built and will have common spaces both in the basement and on the roof to offer services and rest areas for residents..
