Construction begins on the new serviced housing building for senior residents in Sant Just Desvern

We have started construction of the new “Mil·lenari 2” building, a project promoted by the Sant Just Desvern City Council and IMPSOL.

The building will have five floors and a total of 40 homes: 23 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units, four of which will be fully adapted. It will also include a multi-purpose room, a concierge area, and a new landscaped square that will connect seamlessly with the urban surroundings.

The project incorporates solar panels, aerothermal systems, and rainwater harvesting to reduce environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency.
