Construction of a building intended for use as a nursing home, featuring 129 rooms and a total capacity of 152 residents, designed to meet healthcare, comfort and quality-of-life needs for its users.
The building is organized into a basement level with a 38-space parking area (including 4 accessible spaces), a ground floor with step-free access and service areas —reception, medical areas, visiting rooms, physiotherapy facilities and common areas—, and two upper floors mainly dedicated to bedrooms and shared living spaces.
One of the key aspects of the project was the integration and coordination of all building systems, with solutions designed to ensure energy efficiency, comfort and optimal building management in daily operation.
In this regard, BIM methodology played a fundamental role, enabling all installations to be modeled and coordinated from the early stages, anticipating clashes and optimizing on-site execution, ensuring an efficient final result fully aligned with the project requirements.
The project is completed with several interior courtyards that provide natural lighting, ventilation and evacuation safety, as well as a technical rooftop area housing the building’s climate control systems.
