The IMPSOL has awarded us the construction of 39 state-subsidised housing units and 32 parking spaces in the Les Bateries Sector in Turó del Sastre, Montgat (Barcelona).
These housing units will be laid out across two buildings, each of them with their front aligned to the two streets bordering the plot.
The natural 17.50 m drop on the plot and the design of the cantilevered structure on the natural slope of one of the buildings are two of the project’s most significant technical challenges.
