Construction of a building with 80 social rental homes in Sant Joan Despí

UTE Torreblanca, formed by Archs Constructora and ECIS, have been awarded the construction works for a multi-family building with 80 subsidized homes with underground parking in Sant Joan Despí

The singularity of the project is the wooden structure and enclosures, a sustainable material that improves energy efficiency, comfort and quality of life, as well as reducing the environmental impact. The building, with rectangular volumes and a central interior courtyard, will have cross ventilation and dual solar orientation to optimize energy consumption.

The project includes the urbanization of the exterior spaces, creating a new square and green areas.
