New Residential care home with 8,854 m² built, consisting of a basement, ground floor and two floors for a total of 129 rooms and a maximum capacity of 153 residents.
The shape of the building is aligned with the road and has three interior patios so that the surface of the facades is expanded, allows better lighting and ventilation of the rooms and makes it easier for users to interact in an outdoor space.
The basement of the building, which does not occupy 100% of the plot, consists of a parking area, as a complementary service to the residence, with a total of 35 spaces.
