Building with 46 social housing units, with 26 parking spaces for cars and 3 for motorcycles, distributed on the ground floor, five standard floors, a covered floor and a basement floor intended for parking.


The total constructed area is 4,308 m².


The project incorporates energy efficiency criteria, with the installation on the roof of 74 photovoltaic panels of 400 Wp peak power, intended for the generation of renewable energy and the reduction of the building's energy consumption.
