New development of AMB-IMPSOL in Castelldefels, designed by Carles Enrich Studio, with 72 subsidized homes and 57 parking spaces.
The building is divided into two twin units, separated to generate transparency and continuity in the public space. The heritage value of the historic complex has been taken care of with a very compact and contained configuration with an architectural project that emphasizes and values the following aspects:
Maximization of the number of dwellings facing south.
Layout of all rooms and bedrooms facing the façade to improve lighting and ventilation conditions.
Cross ventilation to all homes with ventilation patios.
