New DN400 pipeline and connections to existing pipes

Works for the installation of the new DN400 water network transport pipeline on the border between San Adrià del Besòs and Barcelona, and the connections with the existing pipes. Also are included all those modifications in the network, both transportation and distribution, that are necessary for the execution of the works and the subsequent operation of the supply system.
